www.modiretail.com OR “Modi Naturals Limited” does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.
www.modiretail.com OR “Modi Naturals Limited” will accept the exchange of the sold products through the website www.modiretail.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
Buyer has to inform www.modiretail.com OR “Modi Naturals Limited” of his/her intention to exchange the products within 24 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.
Such goods should be sent to “Modi Naturals Limited” only after written email consent from www.modiretail.com OR “Modi Naturals Limited” to send back the product.
All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of the product is received by Modi Naturals Limited. The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by “Modi Naturals Limited”.
Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed from www.modiretail.com OR “Modi Naturals Limited”
Note:
If your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for replacement.
Replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking a for a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, the TBIL partner will arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order within 3 working days. Once the Product is received, it takes about 1 working day for inspection team to confirm on the replacement. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product with the User in 3 working days.
At every step of the replacement process, we shall keep you updated through emails and/or SMS. However, if you have any queries before, during or after the replacement is completed, feel free to contact us.
You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
The amount will be refunded in the customer’s mode of payment.
No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
Refusal to accept products
Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
Force majeure event
In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
